1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for KSA and UAE customers, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is not damaged by the customer

Items marked as final sale or promotional clearance items may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.


3. Return Process

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If approved, return instructions will be provided.


4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on bank processing)

  • Other methods: Based on payment provider timelines

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
