1. Shipping Location

Orders from Saudi Arabia are fulfilled from our warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, while the rest are from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location:

Within Saudi Arabia

• Standard delivery: 2-4 business days

GCC

• Standard delivery: 3-6 business days

Global

• Standard delivery: 7-14 business days

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, re-delivery fees may apply.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
